Mansfield University of Pennsylvania is beautifully positioned among the mountains of north central Pennsylvania. Mansfield is a small, public university that provides academic excellence, personal attention, and a lifetime commitment to all of its students. The town of Mansfield is a small community located 30 miles south of Corning, NY and 48 miles north of Williamsport, PA. The area is noted for its quality of life and numerous recreational opportunities.

Mansfield University is located in a mountainous terrain, amid beautiful rolling hills, and an evergreen-touched skyline. The 174-acre campus belongs to one of the finest outdoor sports and recreation areas in the country. Mansfield University is truly in the middle of some place special. MU experiences all four seasons, with the fall season attracting visitors from near and far.

Regional attractions include the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, the Peter J. McGovern Little League Museum, the Corning Museum of Glass, the Finger Lakes and wineries of upstate New York, the National Soaring and National War Plane Museums, the Watkins Glen International Raceway, the Susquehanna River, and the Endless Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
